Questions
Before you order.
Delivery, payment, downloads and bulk orders.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver across Nigeria, and you can collect orders in Uyo at no charge. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. We will email you when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
Payment is in naira through Paystack. You can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD.
How do digital downloads work?
When a title has a digital edition, your download link arrives by email as soon as payment is confirmed. Each link works for 72 hours and up to 5 downloads, and you can ask for a fresh link at any time from your order page.
Do you offer bulk pricing for churches?
Yes. Orders of 20 copies or more qualify for quantity pricing. Use the bulk orders page to build an estimate and send it to us.
What is your refund policy?
If a printed copy arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we will replace it. Digital purchases are not refundable once downloaded.
Can I suggest a title or partner with you?
We would be glad to hear from you. Send a partnership enquiry from the bulk orders page or write to us through the contact page.
